1. Where are the apartments located?

Our apartments are located all over Manchester but mostly in the  city center a. Surely you will find something suitable!

2. Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Of course, the longer you stay, the less you pay (daily). You can find 3 different rates for each apartment: daily rate, for stays up to 6 nights, weekly rate (~15% discount from daily rate) for stays from 7 up to 27 nights and monthly rate (~30% discount from daily rate) for stays longer than 27 nights.

3. How can I book the apartment?

In each apartment description you will find a “Reservation online” button. Please click it and the system will lead you through the process.

4. I do not have the ability to pay the advance online. How can I do it differently?

If you cannot pay the advance online, please choose the “Preliminary reservation” option in the reservation process. Such reservation will be vaild for the next 72 hours. Please send us the bank transfer confirmation in that time to confirm the reservation.

5. I paid the advance. When should I pay the remaining amount?

Remaining amount is to be paid at arrival while checking-in. You can also pay it online (like the advance) before your arrival.

6. Are there any extra charges?

Our offer has no hidden charges. However you can choose from variety of extra services while booking your stay: parking place, internet connection, airport pick up/drop off, cleaning service and many more.

7. How much is breakage deposit and when do I get it back?

The amount of the deposit depends on the apartment you choose and length of your stay. The amount vary from 200 pounds . It can be paid in cash or blocked on your credit card (preauthorization). The amount is to be returned up to 7 working day after your departure.

8. Can I come with my pet?

Usually we accept pets, but please contact us before arrival to confirm that. Please be aware that the deposit might be higher if you stay with your pet.

9. Do you offer airport shuttle?

Of course, we can both pick you up and drop you off to the airport. Our transfers are held by licensed drivers and luxury vehicles. The driver will be waiting for you at the airport, take you to our office for the check-in and then drive you to your apartment. 

10. Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, you will find both in each apartment. Except from that you will find hairdryer, soap and shampoo, iron and ironing board, washing machine, tea, coffee and sugar.

11. Are there wifi and cable TV in the apartment?

Each apartment is equipped with TV with satellite channels and have wireless internet connection.

12. Can you do the grocery shopping for me before my arrival?

Sure, we add 30pounds to the purchases amount and ordered products will be waiting for you in the apartment.

13. Can I have an extra bed in the apartment?

Yes, it`s price depends on the length of your stay and ranges from 50 pounds per night.

14. Where do I collect and return the key?

Key pick up takes place in the apartment. You can collect the key from 16:00 until 20:00. If you arrive after 20:00 please contact us couple days before.

15. Can I collect the keys before 16:00?

Usually yes but it depends on the apartment`s availability. Please contact us couple days before arrival to confirm early check-in. Early check-in is free of charge.

16. Can I receive my mails in the apartment?

Yes it is possible in case of long stays.

17. Do you provide invoice?

Yes we provide invoice on guests request and send them via e-mail after your stay.

18. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are charged with 30% of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no funds will be returned.
